At One Fell Swoop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized postage drop-off point and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
